These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.9cpt.com and all related services (together, the "Service") provided by 9cpt fze, with its registered address at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• "User" means any individual or entity accessing the Service.
• "Content" means videos, articles, downloadables, quizzes, code samples, text, imagery and other educational materials made available through the Service.
• "Member Area" means the authenticated section of the Service where purchased Content is delivered.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision and with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@9cpt.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Licence to Use Content

Subject to full payment, 9cpt fze grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You must NOT:

• copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt or create derivative works from the Content;
• resell, rent, share or otherwise make the Content available to any third party;
• use automated tools, downloaders, scrapers or bots to harvest the Content;
• remove, disable or circumvent any DRM, watermarks, access controls or notices;
• use the Content to train, fine-tune or benchmark any machine-learning or AI system.

5. Payments, Pricing & Taxes

All prices are shown at checkout and are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited; 9cpt fze does not store your full card details. Where applicable, VAT/GST/sales tax will be added based on your billing location. Invoices are available on request.

6. Access Duration

Unless expressly stated otherwise, courses are provided with lifetime access — meaning for as long as 9cpt fze continues to make the course available to its customer base. If a course is permanently retired within 12 months of your purchase, we will provide reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund or a comparable replacement course.

7. Refunds

You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the Content. Full details, exceptions and the request process are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. User Contributions & Acceptable Use

If you post comments, forum contributions, questions, reviews or coursework, you grant 9cpt fze a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, use, reproduce and display that material for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Service. You must not upload material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, discriminatory, infringing of intellectual property, or that contains malware.

9. Intellectual Property

All Content, trademarks, service marks, logos, software, code, page layouts, and design elements are the exclusive property of 9cpt fze or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to you.

10. Educational Disclaimer & No Guaranteed Outcomes

The Service is provided for educational purposes only and does NOT constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or professional advice. Any references to trading, investing, business growth or income potential are illustrative. Individual results depend on your effort, prior knowledge, execution, market conditions and other factors outside our control. 9cpt fze does not guarantee any specific financial, career or business outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9cpt fze, its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, business opportunity or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including features and pricing, at any time. Where such changes materially affect access to paid Content, we will provide reasonable prior notice and, where appropriate, an alternative or refund.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, violated applicable law, or otherwise abused the Service. Upon termination, your licence to access the Content ends immediately. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11, 14 and 16 survive termination.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone authority or the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered account holders and/or by prominent notice on the Service at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
